First time at our new 'local' wasn't disappointed. Good choice of food on menu. Nice atmosphere and staff friendly. Ribs were really good, tender fell of the bone, sweet potato fries were so good we wished we got two bowls! If you go on their website they have all allergy and dietary information of all meals and sides. More places need to do this!

It's not the best pub in the world but it's THE pub we've got in this whole area. Proper local atmosphere, good prices, decent menu with plenty of choice, and you can have a laugh any night of the week. Hope it stays open for many more years, otherwise South East Edinburgh will be orphan.

Oh my gosh! I cannot rave about this little pocket of joy enough! If it’s sitting enjoying pints with Jimmy or being served food by the handsome worker Paul, I’m always in my element! My favourite haunt in this crazy city!
